In menu, mouse moves, but you cant click anything, in-game, it doesnt work at all I have tried dll solution, but it didnt work, i hvae tried compatibility mode, it didnt either. Im having 7 cpu's and i have already tried using GTA:SA with only one. I hvae spent hours looking for solution.

Fortunately you can get through the intro mission without any mouse use. (just) :) FYI: Mine is a clean (steam) install of GTA on a clean install of Win10. Confirmed SafeDisc DRM is also in the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy release of Grand Theft Auto III from my own personal copy of this collection. Using Patch v1.1 removed SafeDisc but the game would prompt "Insert Disc 2" to play after the fact. Tested on Windows 10 64-bit. GwBfK.
