I Found a thick washer, 1/4" thick or so. Tapped the center 7/16-20 and drilled two holes to attach it to the injector after removing the solenoid (two T15 screws). Attached my threaded adaptor onto the injector with the two t15's, then using a piece of 1/4"X2" steel with a 7/16 hole drilled in it as a bridge across the head I threaded the 7/16 Once you remove the conector and return line off the top, then loosen the Fuel rail line (19mm crows foot) and the injector side fuel line (17mm crows foot) loosen the bolt (12mm) and using various sizes of screw drivers and pry bars get between the landing pad and the injector hold down. Pry it straight up.
