Im looking for how long the different engines last. My family has always had volkswagen cars but only the older 1.8L(multiple) and the newer 2.5L(only 1) but they have all lasted well over 450,000km I'm looking into buying a 2.0L and never owning one id like to know how many kilometers or miles you have gotten out if yours.

So My GTI 2015 SE MT,( bought new) has 160,000 miles on it and I dont know if I like the looks on the MK8. So im thinkin of just keeping this car for longer maybe but I wonder how long I can keep it.
