I've got SP1 and have my PC hooked up to my tv so I'm right there but hadn't tried the driver suggestion, sadly it didn't work. I ran Far Cry 4 once I realized Primal was borked and it ran fine so I don't think the newer drivers are causing this particular issue. Had tried the older suggestions for the other problems just to make sure but no dice.
